About Kate Dawson Private Care – Our Story and Commitment
Offering Gentle Support for Life’s Changing Seasons
Home care, to me, is not just a service; it’s a relationship built on trust, respect, and human connection. After working for years with agencies that treated people like numbers, I knew I had to create something more personal. One client once asked for me by name, and the agency banned me from returning because favorites weren’t allowed. That moment changed everything.
Now, I provide one-to-one care that allows real rapport to grow. Whether someone is living with dementia or just needs daily support, I take the time to learn their habits, notice the small changes, and act fast when something feels off. I work closely with local GPs and district nurses, and they know that when I call, it’s serious.
I don’t charge for the first visits or consultations, because this isn’t about business. It’s about showing up for people with kindness and consistency.
My care is grounded in the belief that life unfolds as it should. Que sera sera. Whatever comes, I face it with calm, compassion, and care that feels like family.
